Root cause of fault:

As in case of piston type compressor; of small rating (5kW) the compressor need to be operated within the safe
operating range.

If required to be operated beyond that range; it should be for smaller period of time i-e ________.

As the compressor is operating in constant overload position; so compressor is damaged.

Precautions:
It is suggested to follow safe limit for operation of piston type air compressor for smooth & reliable operation

2. Turbocharger maintenance
3. Ventilation filters
4. Useless materials at power house surrounding area
5. Required sweepers for power house cleaning on daily basis.
6. Required land line facility for communication. (Provide intercom)
7. Ventilation filters should be installed Class G-3 for proper filtration.
