 Ways to have an access to the Student Module.

• Input username and by default username is the student ID.

• Input Date of birth by month, date and year.

• Input password and the default password is the last name of the student in
capital letters.

After completing all the fields;

• Click the “Login” Button to enter the main page where-in you can now use all
the application.

• To clear the fields click the “Clear Entries” button.

 In the registration module, the assessment form of the student will be viewed; the
student name, course, status, school year, student number, year level, section,
semester, and the registered subjects of the students.

 This module shows the initial information of the student, the subject taken by the
student and the subjects offered by section.

Ways on how to register.

• To select preferred subjects to enroll. Simply click the check box beside every
subject.

• The student must select a schedule for that subject found at the right side of the
subject.

• If the font color of the subject is in color red, it means that the subject is already
taken or it cannot be enrolled because the student has not yet taken the pre-
requisite of the subject.

• The “Cancel” button at the upper left corner of the assessment is use to unmark the
subjects that has been marked.

• The “SAVE” button at the upper right corner lets the student save the subjects and
schedule selected.

• The “Registered Subjects” table list all the subjects and schedule registered by the
student.

• The “Available Subjects to enroll” table list all back-subjects and advance subjects
without pre-requisites based on the students’ curriculum.

Ways on how to register Back-subjects and Advance subjects.

• To select preferred subjects to enroll. Simply click the check box beside every subject
that are open for the current semester.

• The student must select a schedule for that subject found at the right side of the
subject.

• The students can select subjects up to the allowed units specified based on their
curriculum.

• When the students click the “Save” button the form shows schedule of the student
for the whole semester.

• Click the “SAVE” button at the upper right corner to save the assessment.

• Then click the “ASSESS” button

en click the “SAVE” button in this page to finalize the registered subjects.

• A message box will ask the student if they really want to registered the subjects, if
yes click “OK”

• And finally, click the “Print Unofficial Form” to print your registered subjects and
submit it to the Accounting Office for Assessment.
