This is to certify that MR. ALNASIR L. MAKIRI of UNIVERSIDAD DE ZAMBOANGA – ZAMBOANGA

CITY was a review student of Megareview and Tutorial Center last November 2019 – May 2020.
He will supposedly take the CE board exam last May 3 and 4, 2020. But due to the national
pandemic, the spreading of COVID 19 virus, the scheduled Civil Engineering (CE) board exam
was suspended and the city of Cebu where placed under lockdown status and will resume until
further notice.

The above-mentioned student was trapped in his respective boarding house here in Cebu City.
He had experience difficulty in living here without their families who will assist them in their
daily needs. Their local LGU from ZAMBONGA CITY will facilitate, assist and provide
transportation to him together with the other review students here in Cebu in returning to their
place and be with their respective families.

This certification is being issued upon the request of the above mentioned student for a
QUARANTINE PASS in order for him to travel back to ZAMBOANGA CITY and also for whatever
legal purpose it may serve him best.
