countries has over 17m reader and has published over 600+ issues.
The magazine covers topics in fashion, beauty, main news events and
issues, and mostly covers topics for women to enjoy and get
inspiration from. These new covers from the magazine are all based
on the current epidemic happening, The magazine has photographed
doctors and nurses that are now in the “front line” fighting the corona
virus. The magazine has shown women who are serving and helping
their countries in order to stop the virus and help the patients that are
battling this virus. The photographs taken show the women to be brave
and powerful for taking such a big responsibility, this shows a positive
stereotype of women as they are shown to be as powerful and strong
as men through how they are standing, how the camera angle is taken

happening. The colour palette remains very limited and is under the dark and greyish
tones that almost show the dark and miserable times we are currently in dur to the
virus. The compositions and layout of the magazine is very basic and minimalistic which
is connivant as the layout is not confusing and the audience can quickly find the article
they want to read and only the most important articles are shown that will most
defiantly attract their attention. Overall the magazine front cover is very good as it
covers everything that suits their audience from lifestyle to celebrity gossip however it
still shows the main affairs as their central image.
