SKILL FEST 2020 – Instructions sheet

Dear Parent, We hope you have got the link for today talk by now, here is the list of Dos and Donts
when you join the talk through zoom link today.

1 > Please join the talk at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and be on mute and turn off
the video - we have a large number of attendees so it is good to join before and wait.

2> Pls keep the Zoom app installed. You can download the mobile application from here
https://zoom.us/download#mobile_app

3> Ask all your questions in the chatbox and not through audio or video. The moderator will take the
questions and we will try to answer as many questions as possible. In any case, unanswered
questions will be answered and mailed/messaged and will also be kept on our website

4> In case a video is allowed for you to show something and talk - ensure you are in proper attire
and follow acceptable etiquette

5> Sometimes due to the bandwidth issues - there will be lag, the audio won't be clear for a few
seconds. Please have patience and don't drop from the talk.

7> For the paid users, after a few days we will also share the video of the talk
