4. Pressure reducing valve: body: carbon steel;spindle:Glass filled PTFE;spring: Hastelloy-
C;diaphragm:PTFE;
5. Chlorine Pressure gauge 0 to 16 kg(remotely mounted);dial:150 mm;type: chemical
sealed diaphragm type;diaphragm: Monel 400/Hastelloy-C;
6. 3” PP diaphragm valve with rubber gasket and GI nut bolt for pre-chlorination.
7. 2” PP diaphragm valve with rubber gasket and GI nut bolt for post-chlorination.
8. 25 kg/hr glass tube with float.
9. 20 kg/hr glass tube with float.
10. 20 NB CS pipe with fittings and flange: pipe:20 NB 80 sch.seamless carbon steel as per
ASTM ‘A’106’Gr.B; fittings:forged 3000 lbs;flanges: forged 300 ASA-ASTM ‘A’ 105.
11. 20 NB CS ball valve for gas filter inlet: body:carbon forged steel;ball:Monel 400,seat:
PTFE.
12. Lead gasket for 20 NB flange.
13. Lead washer 5/8”
14. Flow control valve O ring with injector O ring and complete check valve.
15. Flexible copper connector: tube: copper cadmium plated 9.5 mm OD X 1.5 mtr.X 16
SWG;fittings: brass/brazing/silver.
16. Dismantling and overhauling with re commission charge.
