Coroner’s Findings: 
 
Time of Death  7/3/17 @ ~10:37PM 

Initial Observations  Bilateral fracture of the C2 vertebrae (hangman’s fracture). Ligature marks around 
the neck and visible subluxation of cervical spine consistent with death hanging 
from a height of ~4-6 feet. Unusual darkening of surface vasculature, no clear cause. 

Cause of Death  Intentional self-harm by hanging/strangulation
