Racial and ethnic social problems are conflicts of a violent nature, not physically

speaking, but psychologically and emotionally (it is the most general), and it is
very conflictively related to modern culture. Today there are several means in
which this cause is transmitted. They can be televised and visual media,
through series, films; or auditory, like music, radios, or simply the day to day of
what people comment and talk. This brings consequences in between and
generates discussions, annoyances, however it can, in a certain way, help us to
understand and serve as learning, however, it should not happen and be
appropriate.
A great example that can be observed nowadays, are, as I mentioned before,
the series that is currently taking place in the biggest medium, which is Netflix. I
know that it is not the means that reaches absolutely everyone, however, it is
popular in most of the population, and has marked many people by the learning
that each of them can transmit. A sub - example that could be put into such an
artifact is a series called '' One day at a time ''. This is fully explored in hot topics
such as immigration and LGBTQ rights. As mentioned previously, each of the
series presents learning behind. It promotes inclusion on and off the screen,
and strives that everyone who sees it have fun and feel comfortable. There are
several aspects in this series, but the most important is the '' racial problem ''
(not going to extremes) that the Alvarez family, Latinos and Venezuela, have
been living for years in the US and migrated through the reasons that Chavez
caused, in the decade of the 90s. Although all are Latino, children are the ones
who suffer the most, for the other kids at school and their immaturity. This can
help us see the situation in which we find ourselves as citizens and see what
can be improved so that these things do not happen.
