Easy Creamed Spinach

Ingredients:

2 T. extra virgin olive oil


10 c. baby spinach, chopped
¼ c. heavy cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
and cut into small chunks
½ t. garlic powder
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
