NepaliBazar is a website that has collection of nepali products which is produced in nepal like
Carpets, thankas, Paintings, Wooden Crafts etc . We collect such nepali products from different
manufacturers and make it available via our websites for customers all over the world.The hand
made carpets and local product with classical design and various travel packages for tourist are
also available in our website.. In order to grow and achieve the desired level of market
penetration, we have outlined the following marketing/production goals:

· Increase the number of designs offered.

Nepalibazar.com is a e-tailer website for online shopping for customer who are interested in
buying pure Nepali products namely Handicrafts, wooden Crafts, Carpets, Pashmina, paintings
and also act as a online travel agency for holiday destination to Nepal. It also provides common
platform for consumer to consumer business and allow an individual to sell their second hand
products.
The website consists of six equal share members and they are Aditya Khatri, Bhuwan Maharjan,
Madhu Sudan Koirala, Nimisha Chaudhary, Sanjit KC and Sushmita Nepal.
The company will be using the Mercantile Office Systems Pvt. Ltd.'s server at the initial phase in
order to minimize the cost and would setup own server if needed with the increase of volume
transactions.
The biggest strength of the website is it’s market occupancy all over the world since there is
good demand of Nepali products in national as well as foreign market.
The transactional revenue model along with the Advertisement revenue model is supported by
this website. Profit is generated from the nominal fee that is gained from buyers and sellers.
The Market
The market is highly fragmented with thousand of manufacturers so it is vital for any firm to use
the cutting edge technology to grab a upper hand in the market. The products produced are
either consumed within the country or they are exported to other countries using quota
system. But with the help of online transaction, the product can be sold to anywhere so it helps
in the market expansion.

Financial Considerations
This project will be completely financed by equity capital provided by the six shareholders and
we will pass our break-even point within the first year. Conservative projections based on sales
over the next three years yield annual revenue of around Rs. 20 lakh by Year 3. The company
expects its cash account to remain healthy.We mainly generate revenue through advertisement
on site and through transaction fee which we receive from sell of various products and services.

parts of Nepal to the customer who loves Nepali products. Also, Nepal is also famous all over
the world for its carpet and pashmina shawl so we also provide carpet and pashmina shawl of
different design which are rich in quality.

designs and types of carpet and handicraft. In addition to this we also provide holiday packages
for the foreign as well as domestic tourists.
We design and produce these goods for all different five star hotels, restaurants, different
business houses, different offices, as well as individual customers. We provide our goods both
online and through our exclusive outlets which are present in the center of different cities.
NepaliBazar will also process the order and collect the payment online. So we create a cost-
effective operation that will reduce the cost of inventory and showroom. Once we collect the
order then the information is then flowed to our warehouse from where the products are then
filled and shipped once the account information is verified.

NepaliBazar will follow Business to Consumer i.e. B2C model in which we deliver the product
produced by us (i.e. Handicraft, woodcraft, Pashmina, Carpet, Thankas, Paintings etc) to the

properly, we need to have the proper logistics, inventory, efficient distribution system, secure

Nepal bazaar intend to sell wide variety of locally produced handicraft items for the domestic as
well as the foreign consumers. All our products are produced by home based designers and
since we sell our product to the consumer directly we are following the B2C model.
