Q: I forgot my password and/or my username

1. Click Log In to open the ezLearn login window.


2. Click on the ‘Forgot Your Username/Password’ link on the bottom left of the window to
open a new window.
3. Enter your email address. Leviton Employees use your Leviton.com address
4. This email will be sent immediately to your mailbox. Open the message and follow the
instructions.(If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Junk folder)

Q: I want to take a new course, where do I go to see what is


available?
1. Click on ‘Course Catalog’ along the top menu of the system
2. Browse the categories and courses available
3. When you want to take the course, simply click ‘Enroll’

You can also find courses by using the Search Box found on the top right of your screen and
searching by keyword.

Q: How do I find my transcript/course history?


1. Along the top menu you will see your name listed, click on this to expand the section. With this section
expanded, click on the grey section titled ‘Transcript’
2. View the Transcript or Print

Q: I am missing a course from my transcript, what do I do?


If you believe you are missing a course or courses from your transcript, you can contact Leviton’s
Training Manager for assistance.

Q: How do I print out my completion certificate?


1. Go to My Profile > Transcript
2. Find the course you are looking for
3. When you have found the completed course, click on the Course Link/Course Title, a
window will open.
4. Click on the link and save or print this document.

Q: I took a course and completed it, but it is still saying ‘In


Progress’.
Required course modules usually have a required viewing time embedded into the course. This means
that each module in a course may have a certain time requirement you must meet in order for the
system to count it as fully completed.
For example, viewing a Launch Training Webinar that is 40 minutes long may be set to require the
viewer to view at least 30 minutes of this video before it will show completed. Times will vary depending
on the course and content. If you have specific questions on this, just let us know

Q: I am having trouble viewing the recorded video modules on my
mobile device (iphone, android, iPad, etc.)

We recommend that you use the Chrome Browser, Safari on Apple products.
When viewing a video, make sure you select ‘Full Screen’ mode on your mobile browser. This will
auto size the window and make for optimal viewing.

Q: I am enrolled in a course that I did not enroll myself in, why?


Leviton employees and sales agents may be required to take a training course by their managers or HR.
If you see a course that you did not enroll yourself in, your manager has requested you take this course.
Speak to them for further details, or you can email us.

Q: I completed a module in a course and I don’t see a close or end


button get out of the screen. What do I do?

Simply close your browser window. You will return to the main screen of the course you are currently
taking.
