    Dear Sir:

    I would like to inform you that I am resigning from my teaching position as Part Time
    Faculty in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Fine Arts (CEAFA), effective
    November 2, 2017. I will assume as Public Attorney II in Public Attorney’s Office (PAO)
    Roxas, Oriental Mindoro in November 3, 2017. As provided in the PAO Manual, there is
    a one year mandatory prohibition in teaching.

    I already finished the first semester of Academic Year, 2017-2018 before the end of
    October since I conducted advanced classes. There would be no harm or damage to
    the university, to the department and to the students hence I already settled my duties
    and obligations as faculty in the department.

    Thank you very much for the opportunities for professional and personal development
    that you have provided me during my six years of stay in the university. I have enjoyed
    working in the institution and appreciate the support provided me during my tenure with
    the university.

    I wish you and the University continued success.
