First and foremost, praise be to God of the universe, who showers us with His

blessings and gives us strength to complete this group project report on time. This

assignment had been done with all efforts by our group members which are Fatin

Nabiilah binti Azman, Fiffy Hazwany binti Hajemi, Nur Atirah binti Tuah, Nurhani

Adnin binti Iskandar and Sharifah Nur Hanisah binti Syed Hasbie. The success of this

group project report depends largely on cooperation and support from all the group

members. This report tested our physically and mentally abilities.

On the other hand, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our lecturer

of OBM131 (Office Administration I), Madam Leviana Andrew, for her advice and

support in helping us to complete this group project report because without her

guidance we cannot produce a good outcome of this assignment.

Environmental Consultant of Perunding Najna Sdn. Bhd for giving us the chance to

meet him and answer all the questions during the interview session at the company.
