I find great pleasure in outlining the achievements of Ms. A.M. Shilpa who under my
guidance showed immense competitiveness and interest in various areas during the course
duration in this institution. My interaction with her was initiated when I had the opportunity to teach
her Computer Organization, Data Base Management Systems & Digital Logic Design.

Secondly, early in her student life she acknowledged the importance of hands-on approach;
I was made aware of her inquisitive nature towards experimenting by my colleagues. This
precedence gave me interest to guide her in various projects such as building a hovercraft, soccer
robot and presenting technical papers on robotics and optical instrumentation. Her different and
wide viewpoints on various topics amazed me; also her technical and analytical thinking was
appreciated at various national level events. Further, A.M. Shilpa is unusually gifted with a keen
sense of finding nuances also she is unrelenting and tireless when it comes to meeting deadlines. I
find her extremely forward looking by challenging the existing status quos which is, in my view, the
first step towards innovation.

In addition to that, her persistence application of ideas when met by hurdles and bottlenecks
is extraordinary. While she launched herself effectively into various programs, she was also found
motivating others. Inasmuch as, communications skills are considered she has been an active
participant, infusing great amount of energies into our social activities such as debates, discussions
and promotions. She has worked closely with the management in organizing technical fests and
cultural events.

I am quite sure that her well rounded experience under my guidance will enhance your
repute and values. I would strongly recommend her for an admission to your Graduate Program
preferably with financial aid and Assistantship that you may have to offer to a deserving student.
