Dear Mrs. Dilig:

I write in behalf of. (“client”).

Records show that you have a total remaining loan credit left unpaid with my
client amounting to THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P13,000.00). This amount
pertains to the Twenty-three Thousand Pesos (Php 23,000.00) loan agreement you had
with my client sometime in 2013 as evidence by the first demand letter sent to you last
12 April 2018.

For payment, you have sent through BDO Remittance to my client. viz:

Therefore, demand is hereby made upon you to settle and pay the amount of
THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 13,000.00) within five (5) days from receipt
hereof. Your failure to heed this demand will leave us with no option but to institute
criminal and/or civil action against you.
