Mr. Ngo / Ngongong Daga – First one to trust in Popoy, introductory/expository character,
representation of happiness and contentment in the face of awkwardness and disability. Mostly Comic
Relief

Prinsesa Mira – Split Personality between regal and demented, may represent the contrasting idea of
idealism and realism (i.e. Having so much faith on a kid protagonist vs. The truth that the protagonist is
clueless and worthless af)

The Matchgirl – Representation of social anxiety, or at least distrust on the world (maybe as a result of
the world turning on her? Natural defense mechanism. Potentially parallel to Jepoy)

Ismael at Isabel – Once adventurous and brave souls. Representation of the effect of strictness and
overprotectiveness that can cause a rift in relationships. Also potentially of dullness of adult life and
conformity, always abiding to social norms and rules.

Pepito at Pepe – Representation of the delusion of childhood, safety, and happiness (i.e. Garden of Eden
concept sa THINKIN), escaping reality and the responsibilities na kaakibat nito. Message of
empowerment sa kabataan that we DO have the power to make a difference.

Lola Mona – Represents the dying (literally lol) old traditions and beliefs of the Philippines. Also
represents the concept of idealism, faith in the youth today and how it is perceived by society:
delusional and impractical.

Jepoy (Tatay) – Represents truth and the more practical perspective towards life, always wanting
efficiency and comfort even at the expense of emotional detachment. Important to note that he was a
victim of blind idealism, backstabbed and betrayed by the world he once believed in. In order to
protect his son from being hurt by the world just like he once was, he became aggressive towards the
stories and fantasies by Lola.

Papaw Halimaw – “Tatay” as imagined by Popoy. Potentially also of adulthood in general.

Popoy – Protagonist. Self explanatory lol
