 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The purpose of this project is to study and

understand the organisation as a whole and
to know how exactly various departments
functions in an organisation. It also
stimulates and helps to understand the work
environment better. The study assesses the
performance of the organisation and
examines the changes in environment.
This project gives a brief
overview of the MAHAVEER REAL
ESTATE PVT LTD. In order to function
efficiently and effectively, every
organisation consists of various functional
departments. It is important to divide the
departments so that the work can be divided
into divisions. The various departments of
MAHAVEER REAL ESTATE were.

2. Tele-calling department.
3. Accounts department.
4. Administration department.
5. Human Resource department
