CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT FOR GUARDING SERVICES made and entered into by and between:

SAFEGUARD SECURITY AGENCY, a business establishment duly organized and existing

under Philippines laws, with office address at 81 Unit A Juniper Bldg., Bonifacio, Baguio City,
Philippines, through its duly authorized representative SHELDON D. HAGIDORN, of legal age,
married, Filipino citizen, hereinafter to be referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;

-and-

KIARA F. FORTEZ, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and with office address at 89 Kisad
Rd., Baguio City, Philippines herein referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY desires to engage the services of the FIRST PARTY for
purposes of guarding and protecting his properties, equipment, installation and personnel in his
office premises at 89 Sotello Subdividion, Baguio City from pilferage, harm, injury and other
unlawful acts by strangers and third parties;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is able and willing to provide the services desired by the
SECOND PARTY;

NOW THEREFORE, upon the foregoing, the PARTIES hereto have AGREE as follows:

1. The FIRST PARTY shall provide one (1) security guard with a daily tour of duty
commencing at 8:00 o’clock in the evening and ending at 8:00 o’clock the following
morning everyday for a period of one (1) year starting August 1, 2014 to August 1,
2015 to protect and guard the properties, equipment, installation and personnel of
the SECOND PARTY within its premises at Harrison Road, Baguio City;

2. The FIRST PARTY shall provide the necessary firearms ammunition and complete
uniform of such security guard assigned to the SECOND PARTY;

3. Discipline and administration of the security guard shall conform with the rules and
regulations of the FIRST PARTY in coordination with the SECOND PARTY;

4. In consideration of the security services provide, the SECOND PARTY shall pay the
FIRST PARTY the amount of NINE THOUSAND PESOS (Php9,000.00) a month,
payable in two installments at an interval of 15 days per installment;

5. This Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing on August 1, 2014
to August 1, 2015 unless earlier revoked, modified or cancelled for cause by either
party and renewable for a similar period upon mutual consent of both parties;

6. Any and all suits arising out and by reason of this agreement shall only be
commenced within the proper courts of Baguio City;

2014, in the City of Baguio, Philippines.

This instrument consisting of TWO (2) pages, including the page on which this
acknowledgment is written has been signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof
