TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. “Samsung Customer” means a person who has purchased Mobile/Tab from Samsung
eStore.
2. Offer is available exclusively for the Samsung eStore customer.
3. Eligibility & validity: Only on purchasing Mobile/Tab from Samsung eStore during Offer
Period i.e. between 1st May 2020 12.00 AM and 30 June 2020 12.00 PM. The offer is valid
till 30th June 2020 only.
4. Samsung will activate the offer after 24 Hours after sale of Samsung Mobile/Tab from
this e-store.
5. Offered maximum discount @20% on tuition Fee/Course Fee component is applicable
only on Aakash Digital & Distance Learning Courses. (To know more about the

6. This offer is on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Offer can be availed only once by
Samsung Customer during the Redemption Period and only against one transaction
during the Offer Period.
7. This offer can’t be clubbed with any other offer or promotional scheme that AESL may be
running at the time of taking the admission.
8. Offer is non-transferrable and non-assignable.
9. Redemption Period – Offer can be redeemed maximum up to 15 July 2020 12.00 PM. No
claim shall be entertained after expiry of redemption period.
10. Guidelines for offer redemption will be shared with customer through separate
mail/SMS post completion of Samsung Mobile/Tab purchase.
11. Samsung Customer is solely responsible to check course details, eligibility criteria, fee
structure, refund policy and other T&C at https://www.aakash.ac.in before applying for
Aakash DLP/Digital Course. No further claim/grievance shall be entertained by AESL in
this regard. Course fee once paid is non-refundable.
12. AESL reserves the right to make any change in its course/data/
material/Product/Services without any prior notice to the Samsung Customer.
13. Samsung Customer can redeem the offer for purchasing Aaksh DLP/Digital Courses only
and shall not be entitled for cash/payment from AESL against the offer in any
circumstances whatsoever.
14. AESL reserves the right to extend or annul the offer period at its sole discretion at any
point of time.
15. In case of any dispute between AESL & Samsung Customer qua T&C of this offer, same
shall be adjudicated by Sole Arbitrator (To be appointed by AESL) in accordance with the
Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 at Delhi only. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive
jurisdiction (subject to the arbitration proceedings which are to be also conducted at
Delhi) over any or all disputes.
