In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the work * Its a low resolution image. Music notes on the sheetmusic are not clear when printed, * The image is only a small portion of the entire work. * Itis not replaceable with another image of comparable educational value * The image is not used in such @ way that a viewer would be confused into believing that it is produced by the ‘ginal right owner.
