CONTRACT LETTER

Haygot Services Private Limited (“Company”) is happy to on-board you to the Toppr Ambassador Program, following
are the details of the program -

1. Your association with Toppr will be that of a freelancer and we expect you to conduct demos on behalf of Toppr.

2. These demos/appointments can be conducted during a time and at a location which is convenient for you.

3. Toppr will not bear any travel or appointment allowance.

4. You can earn a commission upto 40%, depending on the number of enrolments done in a month. Please refer to the
table below.

Your slab will be determined by your total enrolments in the month. Commission percent, and final commission will be
calculated based on the source of the lead. All commissions will be subject to Cash in Bank (CIB) achieved and GST
deductions.

Commission Payments:

You will receive the commission payment post 45 days of the end of the month in which the sale is booked. The
commission rules and percentages can be changed depending upon the business requirements, and all payouts are
subject to CIB, and GST deductions. Please note that TDS deduction of 10% will be made on the payment that will be
accumulated in a month, it may go upto 20% based on how much commission you earn.

Leads and Demos:

Toppr will not give any leads to the ambassadors.

CRM and Sales App:

All ambassadors will be given sales app access to do the following:

1. Add their referral lead


2. Access demos scheduled for them (if any)
3. Create orders for enrolment
Payment Methods:

The ambassador can help a customer to enrol on Toppr by one of the following methods:

1. Facilitating the customer to make a payment on Toppr website (using a scholarship code as needed)
via our payment gateway that supports all electronic payment forms, including credit card, debit card,
Net banking, UPI etc.
2. Generating a Razorpay link (that supports all electronic payment forms, including credit card, debit
card, Net banking, UPI etc.) and help the customer to make payment on the link
3. Using Toppr’s Paytm QR code and helping the customer to transfer money via Paytm

Pricing:

Pricing should always be checked online from Toppr Website. Scholarships available, if any, will be communicated to
you by your AGMs, who will be your SPOCs for daily operations.

You are expected to follow the following codes of conduct while you are associated with us for this program -

1. You are expected to dress formally and carry valid Id proof while attending these appointments.
2. You will not enter the premises or conduct the offline product demonstration in the absence of the
parents. Neither can the online demo be started in absence of the parents.
3. You should abstain from collecting payments in cash.
4. You will not promise anything to the customer which the Toppr product doesn't offer.
5. In case of any breach of the code of conduct, Toppr reserves the right to take necessary legal action.
