GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS FOR TVL-ICT

I. Research Presentation
 All SHS Schools offering TVL-ICT-CSS are enjoined to participate in this
activity.
 This is open to TVL-ICT-CSS Grade 12 Students composed of one (1) or
two (2) presenters per research. Only one (1) entry per school will be
accommodated.
 A minimum of five (5) minutes and a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes
shall be given for the presenter.
 The following format should be observed in the presentation:
a) Statement of the problem
b) Research Methodology
c) Findings
 Presenters will provide three (3) copies of research paper for the
panelists.
 The panelists will give their critique to the research teacher for evaluation
and not with the student.
 Entries shall be submitted to the committee chairman not later than
March 17, 2020.

II. TVL-ICT Booth

 All SHS Schools offering TVL-ICT-CSS are enjoined to participate in this
activity.
 This is open to TVL-ICT-CSS Grade 11 and 12 students.
 To facilitate the set-up, interested schools may coordinate with the
committee chairman for the services that the school will be offering.
 Participating schools should bring their own tools, equipment, materials
and other paraphernalia.

III. SHS High School Work Immersion Highlights

 All SHS Schools offering TVL-ICT-CSS are enjoined to feature a video
presentation of their SHS Work Immersion Highlights.
 Virac, Catanduanes
 A minimum of three (3) minutes and a maximum of five (5) minutes shall
be given for small schools while a minimum of eight (8) minutes and a
maximum of ten (10) minutes for medium school for the video
presentation.
 Soft copies of video presentation should be in MP4 format and be
submitted to the committee chairman not later than March 17, 2020.

IV. ICT Exhibit

 Open to all SHS Offering TVL-ICT Track:
 The exhibit will showcase the products in each strand of the schools in
their respective municipality.
 Participants should set-up their bazaar on Day 0.
 Participating schools should bring their own products, tools, equipment,
materials and other paraphernalia.
 Participants are required to observe proper waste disposal and ensure
that the assigned area will be in order after the event.
