3 Base coat applied to floors and vertical surfaces up to thrash coat

4 Ponding of base coat done for min. 4 days and leakage tested
C)  TO BE CHECKED BEFORE BRICKBAT COBA
Floor traps and other plumbing lines installed in masonry after

base-coat as per drawings and with approved slope

2 Checking of joints of plumbing / drainage lines for leakages done

D) TO BE CHECKED FOR FINAL COAT

1 Thiyas of final coat proper (slope checked)
2 Final coat (top coat) applied properly
3 Offset of final coat with respect to slab kept proper
4 Date of final coat displayed on wall
5 Curing of final coat for 7 days by ponding
