ARM MASSAGE

2. FORMATIVE ACTIVITIES

2.1. Let the students find their partners (Dyad). And let them
prepare their materials needed for massage. Let the teacher also prepare a
relaxing music for them to listen while performing the massage.

Direction: Let them decide who will be the client and who will
be the first to perform the basic techniques in hand and arm massage. Let
them perform from Pre-hand spa treatment to basic techniques hand and arm
massage.

3. SUMMATIVE ACTIVITIES

3.1 Note to the teacher: The teacher will exchange the

partner’s position. Let the first client during the guided practice would
be now to perform the hand and arm massage and the first who perform
the massage during the guided practice will be the client.

Directions: Let them first perform the Pre hand Spa

treatment to basic techniques in hand and arm massage..

3.2 Note to the teacher: The teacher will prepare an Activity

Sheet/ Scoring Rubric for the students. Let them find 3 clients within the
school and perform the basic techniques in hand and arm massage. They will
be rated by their client according to the rubric given. (SEE ATTACHMENT)
