RATIONALE: A literary club specifically for grade 11 and 12 students that would promote love
for literature, language, and culture through school activities. Also to harness students’ writing
skills of the different creative literary works such as spoken poetry (tula), sudden fiction (dagli),
short stories (maikling kuwento), plays (dula) and more.

OBJECTIVES:
1. To broaden student’s intellect by promoting reading, writing, discussing, acting and
brainstorming needed academically
2. To focus on students strengths, similarities, and common grounds to create a conducive
environment where they could have a positive communication with teachers and other
students
3. To promote awareness among students and the community and will help to develop
important social and life skills needed during and after senior high school
4. To create community and environmental awareness and to open a door to the living
world while stimulating learning and harmony with nature
5. To encourage the emotional, cultural, mental, physical, and social growth of students

PROCEDURE:
1. Write a letter to the principal for creating a literary club.
2. Conduct the first meeting of members and election of officers of the club.
3. Elected officers will plan for the upcoming Buwan ng Wika with a theme of “Filipino, Wika ng
Pananaliksik”
