MINUTES OF THE EMERGENCY MEETING

MEETING AGENDAS:
1. 100% Registration on LR Portal
2. Remittance of GSP Tickets
3. BSP Contribution
4. COT Observation Schedule
5. Preparation of Regional SBM Validation
6. Graduates/Permit to Study
7. Security and Janitorial

PROCEEDINGS:
1. The ICT Coordinator will visit the portal and post the link to the group page, for
them to login on it and find materials suitable to their teachings and ensure 100%
registration.
2. Only two (2) teachers were not able to remit the payment of the GSP tickets.
3. All teachers contributed money to the delegates of Poona Piagapo Boy Scout for
them to give their best and function well during the three (3) days Jamboree.
4. It was majority voted that demonstrators of January 24, 2020 will be according
to draw lots. So, Asnia T. Andog and Johaima S. Mindalano of the secondary department
and Malica G. Sarip and Rosnia A. Bangon of elementary department were the lucky
winners of drawing lots. The demonstrator will be observed by the District Supervisor,
School Principal and Master Teacher.
5. Assigning team for every principle.
Principle 1: Malica, Raimona, Rocon, AsniaT, Aisah and Yunos
Principle 2: Asnima, Diaz, Apipah, Rosnia, Muhmi and Jasmine
Principle 3: Pamelah, Moslimah, Wardah, Baidu, Jamil, and Ania
Principle 4: Suhaima, Asnia, Asima, Anida, Johaima, Nabilah and Alanie
6. Information of the things to do of the teachers studying master’s degree or
doctoral degree.
7. Assigning community members to do the security and janitorial services to the
school.
