I, SEVERINO M. OCDENARIA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Dipatlong,

Maribojoc, Bohol, Philippines, and NONILO M. OCDENARIA, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident
of Dipatlong, Maribojoc, Bohol, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT,
WELFREDO OCDENARIA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of San Francisco, Marayag
Southern Leyte, Philippines, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, places
and stead, to do the following specific act, to wit:

To represent for and in our behalf in the execution of an Extrajudicial Partition of

Estate of our deceased mother, the late Rufa M. Ocdenaria of all her properties situated
at San Francisco, Marayag, Southern Leyte; and

To execute, make and sign all papers/documents and perform all other acts
necessary and proper to carry into effect the foregoing authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to
all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
