BACKGROUND/RATIONALE

Bringing 21st-century skills into the teaching and learning situation is a central feature of the K to 12 Basic
Education Program as stipulated in Republic Act 10533. Teachers must therefore enrich lessons with simple
integration strategies utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that are developmentally
appropriate.
Towards this end, Buenavista National High School endeavors to hold a School Learning Action Cell
(SLAC) Session on January 17, 2020 from 1pm to 5pm with the aim in view:

OBJECTIVES: To equip/enhance teachers on how to integrate ICT in classroom instruction, specifically on the
utilization of Offline Educational Resources (OER) which can be used even without internet connectivity.

BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS
Snacks for 40 persons @ 50.00/pax Php 2,000.00

MONITORING AND EVALUATION:
The Head of Office will ensure the implementation and monitoring of this activity subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
