Summary of 1st KK General Assembly

Agenda item #1:
 Announcement of Appointed SK Secretary and Treasurer
o The SK Chairperson Announce to the KK member the newly
appointed SK Secretary which is Mr. Ronald R. Noma- a
dignified student leader in his time, a graduate of BS Agriculture in
Pangasinan State University-Alaminos City Campus and newly
appointed SK Treasurer, Mr. Mark Kenneth D. Rivales- a
student also of Pangasinan State University-Alaminos City Campus
taking up BS Business Administration Major In Operation
Management. Also the, SK Chairperson announce what will be the
work of the newly appointed SK Secretary and Treasurer. And also
the KK Members have agreed for the appointment of SK Secretary
and Treasurer

Agenda item #2:

 Formulation of CBYDP and ABYIP
o SK Chairperson announces also the formulation of CBYDP and
ABYIP as a guide of the SK for the whole term and for a better work
flow of the SK Member and KK Member. Also SK Chairperson
assign and distributed the SK Official and newly appointed member
for making the CBYDP and ABYIP.
 Ronald R. Noma (SK Secretary): assign in typing and
suggestions holder
 Mark Kenneth Rivales: assign in budgeting
 Renelyn Reyes and Elected SK officials: assign in project
alignment and other matters.

 Opinion and Suggestions of KK Member
o Mr. Janery Della, who is aspirant of becoming a SK Chairperson

Meeting Summary

suggest that Ms. Renelyn Reyes must focus on strong and long term
project like tree planting project as an answer for global warming,
etc. Meanwhile, Ms. Cristina Barracas suggest about Sports Vision
towards the development of SK Talents in regards to sports, and
suggest that sports in Brgy. Linmansangan should not only focus in
Basketball tournament but rather in other sports.

Agenda item #4:

 Discussion of KK Roles and Obligations
o SK Chairperson discussed the roles and obligations of the KK, to its
member.
