2. The system will have one year of warranty period i.e.

a. Solar panels will have 25 year warranty (10 years 100% efficiency & 15 years
80% efficiency);
b. The battery will have 1 year of warranty;
c. InductoLVD lights will have 5 years warranty (high surges & spikes will not
be covered in the warranty);

d. Inverters will have 1 year of warranty.

3. Payment Terms:
a. 50% in advance;
b. 45% payment will be given on supply.
c. 5% payment will be given after three months.
4. The fabrication work has been ordered and the work will start immediately after Eid-
ul-Fitr.
