COMMENTS ON CIVIL BOQ

1. Include compacted dolomite layer for 1m and 0.25m in BOQ.

2. The total concrete quantity for Underground solvent pit was 80m3 in BOQ
as compared to 113m3 according to our estimate.

3. The total concrete quantity for footing and pedestal was 750m3 in BOQ as
compared to 920m3 according to our estimate.

4. The total concrete quantity for machinery foundation and water tank raft
was 400m3 in BOQ as compared to 490m3 according to our estimate.

5. The total concrete required for RC columns, tie beams, intermediate

beams, coping beams, retaining wall, parapet was 200m3 in BOQ as
compared to 480m3 according to our estimate.

6. Grade slab thickness were found to be 16cm for scrap yard and driver &
security room in BOQ as compared to 17.5cm in our structural drawing.

7. The total quantity for insulated panel was 50m2 in BOQ as compared to
180m2 according to our estimate.

8. The total quantity for internal painting was 14000m2 in BOQ as compared
to 16000m2 according to our estimate.

9. As per our schedule of finishes no carpet tile was mentioned in office area.

10. The total quantity of graniti tiles was 400m2 in BOQ as compared to
2800m2 according to our estimate.

11. Gate length were found to be 9m and 7m in BOQ as compared to 14m, 9m

and 7m as per our architecture drawings.
