6. Create the following Volume Groups & Volumes

8. Create DDP “GenWorkloadPool” with 12 disks
9. Change Pool Settings to
a. 90% Critical Warning
b. 70% Early Warning
c. Background Op to Lowest Priority
d. Preservation to 1 disk
10. Create DDP Volume

11. Goto Marketing Volume and Disable Write Caching

12. Delete Marketing Volume
13. Save Configuration to “TES_Config”
14. Enterprise Window -> Tools -> Execute Script -> Load Script -> “TES_Config.cfg”
15. Save Storage Array Profile to TES_Profile and view it with a text editor
16. Exit SANtricity and Break

17. Start SANtricity, cleanup & Auto-Discover. Load Configuration TES_Config

18. View Physical Drives associated with Mar_VG
19. Failed a drive in Mar_VG (Mar_VG is now in degraded mode)
20. Replace failed drive (Mar_VG now optimal)
21. Revive failed drive (Storage now optimal)
22. Define “TES_Host1” and view its properties

38. Create an Asynchronous Mirror Group & Mirror Pair using Exchange Volume
39. Goto Remote Storage & Complete Mirror Pair using Automatic add Volume &
Repository
40. At MirrorGroup, change synchronization setting to Automatic
41. Change the role of the Secondary to Primary
42. Activate Synchronous Mirroring on both Storage
43. Make sure each storage has a volume of the same size
44. Create a Synchronous Mirror Pair between the two volumes
45. Change Synchronization Setting to Automatic
46. Change the role of Primary to Secondary
