 Thank you for downloading this product. This
activity will help your students better understand
the concept of rounding to the nearest ten and
hundred. Simply create a number line on the
blackboard and place the schoolhouses on the line.
Ask students to place the buses on the number line.
I tell my students that the bus will stop and that it is
very cold outside, thus the students must go to the
closest school! This helped them better understand
when to round up or down. This activity will help
your students better understand the concept of
rounding to the nearest ten and hundred. Simply
create a number line on the blackboard and place
the schoolhouses on the line. Ask students to place
the buses on the number line. I tell my students that
