DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument, made and executed by and between XXXX, Filipino, of legal
age, widow, and a resident of XXXX, hereinafter called the SELLER and XXX,
Filipino, of legal age, and resident of XXX, hereinafter called the BUYER;

WITNESSETH:

That the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land

with improvements covered by TCT No. T-111 containing an area of FIVE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE (5, 155) SQUARE METERS, more or
less situated in the Municipality of XXXX;

        That the BUYER offered to buy and the SELLER agreed to sell the above-
described land for the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php100,
000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED

THOUSAND PESOS (Php100, 000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the BUYER
to the SELLER, the latter DO HEREBY SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way
of ABSOLUTE SALE unto the former, his heirs, and assigns, the certain parcel of
land together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this
sale.
