I. Learning Objectives At the end of the session the participants are expected to have a thorough understanding of the Module 1 of
Career Guidance Module for Grade 11. More specifically, the participants should be able to:
1. understand the content of module 1 for Grade 11 learners;
2. demonstrate skills in the administration of Module 1 through micro-demo teaching;
3. provide feedback on how to improve the strategies employed during the micro-demo teaching.

II. Key Understanding/s  The senior high school curriculum exits and different regulated professions will enable the participants to
present options/ alternatives to target learners;
 The framework on factors affecting career and life choices presented in this module will serve as guide to
participants in presenting he different factors affecting the choices in life and profession of the Grade 11
learners;
