How was the Violation Occurred?

More or less 8:00 to 8:30 AM of 19 May 2020 Aramco Authorized Permit Issuer arrived at the
OME BLDG work site to arrange a work permit for Nabil Abu Nhaya. Unluckily the work permit
was not issued due to lack of site permit receiver. Said permit issuer left the work site after
giving some advice and helpful instructions. On his way out to OME BLDG. perimeter gate he
spotted a worker sleeping on the Asphalt Surface beside the wheel of a parked rolling
compactor. The person caught was a labor worker of Nabil sub-contractor FGC Company pick
by Nabil to do asphalting work at OME Bldg perimeter facility and access way.
After gathering important details regarding his violation, immediately tool box meeting was
conducted at work site regarding his violation including Aramco safety rules that need to follow
especially wearing of mandatory PPE's inside Aramco facility.

Action Taken:
As per advised from Permit Issuer the person was immediately removed from work site.
The violation he committed was also reported to his superior for proper disciplinary action.

his violation committed ( He was caught sleeping on the Asphalt
surface beside the roller compactor.
