End of Contract Checklist: Year 2020

No Requirements - All Teachers Deadline

1. Complete all class feedback forms and reports 20.05.

2. Return signed timetable for May/June 01.06.

3.* Complete End of Year Teacher Feedback form 01.06.

4. Return all books, resources, laptops, CDs and CD players, etc. 05.06.

5. Clean your classroom and remove all personal belonging from the class and 05.06.

6.** Deregister your Latvian residential address on website www.latvija.lv (available 01.06.
in English)

7. Check and email final electrical and water rates to info@ihriga.lv 01.06.

8. Let the school know your departure date. Discuss time and date for apartment 01.06.
to be checked before you leave. Please send this information to Nataly at
nataly@ihriga.lv

9. Nataly’s To Do List – Feedback about Apartment 01.06.


Fill the list and give your comments about the flat you lived at, e.g. what is broken,
what needs to be fixed or replaced, what was missing to live in comfort
10. Submit flight invoices for reimbursement to Valentina at info@ihriga.lv 01.06.

*End of Year Teacher Feedback form will be sent to you by ATM team.
