RE: October 25 Incident and Altercation

I happened to have stayed in the office beyond working hours to complete a

particular pet project on the company’s document on monitoring activities of the HR and
Admin Team that night and I was with my former classmate who happens to work
nearby and I invited in as I ask for help for some intricate details and who is neither a
member of the organization nor working with any projects with the team. And as the
person was helping out and we were somehow in a private moment with some details of
the work I was doing 3 of my colleagues barged in the office to my surprise and I let
them get out of the office persuasively but not violently as I even helped them with the
issue they had that night.

It is duly understood that I placed the office security with the activity and with the
unbecoming behavior I showed to the 3 members of the team that placed all at risk and
I see this event as a lesson for all not to stay too late, be mindful of the office security
every day, and accommodate anyone who might have concerns at any time of the day
as it could also risk the team members. I sincerely apologize to the incident and shall
make sure not just to not do or make it again and be more professional at work avoiding
such incidents.

Lastly, the incident had also placed me at risk
