Kale's father dies in a car accident
Then Kale is sentenced by a judge to three months under house
arrest, with an ankle monitor and a proximity sensor.
Kale's boredom leads him to watch his neighbourhood, including his
next-door neighbour Robert Turner. One night Kale becomes
suspicious of Turner after he returns home in a Ford Mustang with a
dented fender, which matches the description of a car given on a
news report of a serial killer at large.
Then Ronnie, Kale's best friend, tries to break into Robert Turner's
house to verify his suspicions.

and the movie has fun moments, it has good scenes with good
actors, to summarize it is an interesting movie
