ACTION TAKEN REPORT ON CENTRALLY SPONSORED SCHEMES ON BLUE REVO LUTION AND

RKVY IN CONNECTION TO THE LAST DISH MEETING HELD ON 22nd AUGUST 2019

1. In order to minimize the gap of production of fish Seed, 8 Nos. of Eco-

hatchery were constructed under BLUE REVLUTION from 2016-17 to 2018-19
and 1 Nos. of proposal is proposed to construct the Eco-hatchery under RKVY
at Tapang Development .
2. To make availability of quality fingerlings , the water areas for 9.04 ha were
developed in the various block in our district by providing subsidy for
construction of ponds with supply of fish Seed Fry and Feed under Blue
Revolution.
3. To be self-sufficient in fish production, one of the attractive and Popular
Fishery project namely Ghare Ghare Pukhuri Ghare Ghare Macch –
Construction of new Tank & Village Community Tank is being implemented
.Under this project total numbers of Individual beneficiary 526 and 27 Nos of
Community /Groups are being provided financial support with a view to
produce 381.50 MT of fishes approximately under RIDF-XXIII,2018-19
4. In order to increase productivity as well as to proper utilize the areas three
( 3) Nos. of project –Low lying areas converted into Community Tank
covering water 3.OO ha have been developed and 18 Nos of Individual
beneficiary have financially supported for up gradation of tank for scientific
fish Culture .

5. Details physical & financial progress of the project will be shown through
power point presentation before the Hon’ble House to be scheduled on next
sitting.
