N.M.A.M. Institute of Technology (N.M.A.M.I.T.) was established in the year 1986 affiliated to
VTU, Belagavi and autonomous institution offering UG, PG and Doctoral programs. It is unit of
Nitte Education Trust, Mangaluru. It currently offers 7 UG programs in engineering, 11 MTech
programs, MCA and MBA programs. All the UG programs are accredited by the National Board
of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi and is a ISO 9001-2015 certified institution. The Institute is
also accredited with ‘A’ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The
institute is in the band of 101-150 in the NIRF ranking-2018, Govt. of India. The college has
signed MoU with reputed industries, research organizations, and International universities to

About the Conference


With the resurgence of Machine Intelligence, Neural Networks, and Huge Data: the Artificial
Intelligence, and the Data Engineering, have become extremely active areas of research. The
purpose of the International conference on Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering 2019
(AIDE-19) is to promote research in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Engineering (DE), and
scientific exchange among AI and DE researchers, practitioners and academicians from Artificial
Intelligence community, Data Engineering community and its affiliated disciplines to create an
approach towards a global exchange of information on technological advances and new scientific
innovations. AIDE-19 will have diverse technical tracks, Invited speakers on innovative applications
of AI and DE from eminent scientists across the globe, poster sessions and pre-conference
workshop. AIDE-19 welcomes submissions on mainstream AI and DE topics as well as novel
crosscutting work in related areas. The theme of conference revolves around four verticals
Artificial Intelligence, Ambient Intelligence, Machine Vision & Robotics, and Data Science &
Engineering.

The conference AIDE-19 is organized by N.M.A.M. Institute of Technology, Nitte, Karkala,


Karnataka, India as part of multi-conference ICETE 2019 in collaboration with the College of
Science and Engineering, Ritsumeikan University, Japan and the University of Mysore, Mysuru.

Call for Papers


AIDE 2019 warmly invites full length original research papers describing their latest findings
and research work to the conference from academic professionals, industry professionals, R&D
organisations, government departments and research scholars across the globe. The manuscript
should contribute original research ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should
not have been published in any journals or conference proceedings or magazines and not
under review in any of them. The articles shall be prepared and submitted as per the Springer
manuscript template. The manuscript should not contain the name of the authors and its
affiliation.

The proceedings of AIDE 2019 will be published in the Springer Nature Advances in Intelligent
Systems and Computing (AISC) by Springer International Publishing. Currently the Abstracting
and Indexing services covered by Springer's data feeds for AISC proceedings include
ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink.

Registration form for AIDE 2019 can be found in the conference official website www.aide2019.in
under Registration section. Duly filled-in registration form must be completed on or before
April 24, 2019. The payment of registration fee shall be made through NEFT or net banking or

Conference Location
Nitte – Nature Beauty
Nitte is a village in Karkala taluk of Udupi district,
in the Indian state of Karnataka. The village is on
the way from Padubidri to Karkala. It is 8 km away
from Karkala, 26 km from Udupi and 54 km from
Mangalore. It is located on the foothills of the
Western Ghat mountains and receives very high
rainfall. Nitte is well connected by road. There are
frequent express and local buses to Mangaluru,
Udupi, Padubidri and Karkala. The state highway
SH-1 cuts across Nitte which connects to the
National Highway NH-66 at Padubidri and NH-13
near Karkala. Every 10 min there is connectivity of
buses to the major City like Mangaluru and Udupi.
