STAY-IN AGREEMENT

In consideration of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Stay-In
Agreement (“Agreement”) made this _______ day of _________________, 2020, between (hereinafter
called the “Employer”); and ________________ (hereinafter called the “Employee”) whereby it is agreed
that: -

PREMISES AND OCCUPANCY

a. Premises. The property subject to this Agreement (“Premises”) is located at:

[Building Name, Apartment Number]

b. Occupancy. The Employee may begin occupying the Premises on ___________ (MM/DD/YY).
a. People. Occupancy of the Premises is limited to the Employee named and his family (if
agreed upon) in this Agreement.

DURATION

This agreement shall be in force for ______ months from the date of signature of both parties. The
Employer and the Employee hereby agree to a ______ months stay in the BSOP premises.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Employee (and family, if included) shall not take or use, without consent, the personal property of
any of the other tenants, including food, clothes, utensils, jewelry, laptop, T.V. and stereo, and the like.
