AFFIDAVIT
I, DANILO DE LEON DE GUIA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a
resident of 86 Vergara Alley, Upper Engineer’s Hill, Baguio City, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1) I am one of the heirs of the late Conrado Fajardo De Guia, who died
intestate last 03 August 1988 at Baguio City, Philippines;

2) Likewise, I am the duly authorized representative of the heirs of Conrado

Fajardo De Guia, by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney dated 11 September
2018;

3) At the time of my father’s death, he left real property, including one

residential land situated in the aforementioned address with Property Index No.
102-07-036-01-017, with a land area of two hundred ninety-one (291) square
meters;

4) The above-described property was awarded to our late father by virtue of a

Letter of AWARD dated 10 October 1972;

5) Our family has been in open, continuous, and exclusive possession of the
aforementioned property since the early 1960s;

6) We have likewise erected our family home on the same property;

7) I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing, to satisfy

the requirements of the proper government agency, and for all legal intents and
purposes that it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, this 12th day of October
