Terms & Conditions for Supply & Installation:
a) Price: The above quoted prices are Inclusive of GST. Service Tax (18% GST) extra on Installation charges.
In Case of any variation in taxes and duties, the same shall be applicable to your account.
b) Terms of Payment: 100% advance before dispatch of units.
c) Validity: 15 days from the date of offer.
d) Warranty: One year on entire unit & five years on the compressor.
e) Copper will be charged @ Rs.850/- per Rmt & (Inclusive 18% GST).
f) Cable will be charged @ Rs.140/- per Rmt (Inclusive 18% GST).
g) Apart from standard AC Installation work rest all civil works & other works are under customer scope.
h) Purchase order to be placed on “Ultimate Cooling Technologies”.
