Do not compress the leaves because they won’t be able to absorb adequate carbon dioxide. d. Cover both test tubes with rubber stopper. e. Place both tubes on a test tube rack and put them under a light source for 5 minutes. f. After 5 minutes, get the test tubes and bring them back to your working area. g.
