    ACTIVITY 2: Photosynthesis and Oxygen

    a. Place a fresh Santan leaf or Elodea or Hydrilla inside a test tube.


    b. Add water to the test tube to cover the leaf or plant.
    c. Leave the set-up for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
    d. Observe the set-up.

    ACTIVITY 3: Photosynthesis and Sugar

    1. What did you observe after the leaf was boiled?

    2. What can you infer from the video?
