THE FACTORS OF THE ECONOMY

Fullname: Cruz Esteban, David Jashziel

These factors related to my civil engineering career are:

1. SOCIO CULTURAL
The civil engineering career is very important and fundamental in the economy since the
development of projects in the construction sector are carried out in order to generate jobs
and supply needs which encompasses our sociocultural environment, in addition to this
the construction sector generates annually 1.2 millions of jobs, which varies enormously in
the measurement of GDP.
2. TECHNOLOGICAL
In the civil engineering career, the technology factor is fundamental in the economy since
with development we can automate activities and reduce risks in the construction sector,
this implies the reduction of work times, thus generating a better job in terms of cost
benefit In other words, a work costs less and is done in less time, and we know that all
work is done for the benefit of our sociocultural environment.
3. ENVIRONMENTAL
Although it is true that each construction brings with it an environmental impact on our
society, the construction company must take preventive and safety measures to mitigate
the effects of the environmental impact that all construction will cause in a given area
according to protocols. and norms already established in our nation

4. POLITICIAN

In Peru the construction sector generates one of the largest outflows of money flow, this
money which will be used for the construction of works that meet the needs of the
population, the outflow of this money is authorized by the MEF, said work to be built is
tendered by the nation or the various government agencies, who will give the go-ahead to
the best designer, who, under a series of criteria, rules and protocols already established
in the RNE and even in the civil code, will effectively build a project for the benefit of
society, in conclusion the execution of the works are linked to a political barrier which limits
the number of companies to tender for a financial barrier
