How can I subscribe DU Recorder Premium?

Go to the home page of DU Recorder, tap the crown button on the left corner, select the
subscription duration that you want and tap “Free Trial” button. Then the subscription will
begin. Subscription fee will be charged when the free trial ends. In free trial period, you can
cancel subscription at any time. DU Recorder will not charge you during free trial period.

I want to subscribe to DU Recorder Premium but the payment fails. What

should I do?
If you're trying to subscribe to DU Recorder Premium and your payment has failed, you can
try to resolve the issue by following Google's instructions at
https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/1267137.

I have questions on the amount of subscription fee. How should I check it?
If you subscribed DU Recorder through Google Play account, and found problematic fees on
your bank statement, please check with your bank and contact Google via
https://support.google.com/googleplay/​ to check the problem.

I have already subscribed DU Recorder, but I cannot use DU Recorder

Premium features. Why?
Please make sure that the current Google Play account you use is the same account with
which you purchased the subscriptions. Then tap restore purchase button on DU Recorder
subscription page to restore purchase.

I purchased DU Recorder Premium on Android. Can I use it on iOS

device?
If you purchased DU Recorder Premium on Android device, you cannot use it on iOS device.
If you purchased DU Recorder Premium on iOS device, you cannot use it on Android.
