Job Description
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

         ● Ensuring all trades are correctly reflected in the Portfolio Management System
(Instruments to include: Cash Equity, Equity Swaps, Sector Swaps, FX (Spot & Fwd),
Futures, Options, ECP and Corporate Debt) ● Liaising with the fund administrators,
custodians, prime brokers, ISDA counterparties and executing brokers to ensure all day to
day responsibilities are actioned in a timely and accurate manner

         ● Monitoring corporate actions and dividends on all holdings; informing portfolio
managers of upcoming events and communicating fund responses to custodians and prime
brokers; updating positions in the Portfolio Management System

         ● Daily order input of trade executions, allocation of trades between various funds, PBs
and ISDA accounts. We will be facilitating your learning through:

         ● Product exposure across various instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, FX and
Derivatives – listed and OTC)

         ● Training in Excel and back-office/ portfolio management system


         ● Training in fund administration/hedge fund operations This is an exciting time to be joining this
