Hewitt Associates is a global human resources outsourcing and consulting firm delivering a complete range of
integrated services to help companies manage their total HR and employee costs, enhance HR services, and
improve their workforces.

I am a part of 12 member team which is continuously working on the project involving setup and testing of
various modules of the major client and was successfully able to complete various modules in several
iterations of the project.

Project Name: RBS Renewal 2010 and ongoing

Description: These are UK clients, provide many plans or facilities to the employees like some Health
related plans, Pension related plans, Shopping vouchers, Personal Computer and Car and bike plans.
Members can choose or make election in these plans through YBR, only once in a year in Renewal
program, while through some life style events a member can make election in these plans on YBR any
time in the year.
Scope: The Project involves Creation of test scripts, Execution and Defect Tracking, different types of
plans providing by the bank, some batch jobs files like Provider, Payroll and Premium files provided by
Hewitt to these clients.

Description:

The role involves management of total reward statements for the client, handling the change
orders, defects. The calculation and configuration aspect is covered in this that involves the
computation of the current as well as retirement benefits of the employees of the clients in an
automated system PCS integrated with 3B2, which generates the statements for the
participants.

Description:

The role involves configuration/management of online flexible and retirement benefits for the
client, handling the change orders, defects, new plan implementations, govt law changes, plan
mergers and acquisitions. A tool named Open used for logic designs configuration and as
database at backend.

Key Domain Areas:

Handling main project to customize the PCS as back end and ePC as front end tool for maintaining
benefits for the Client and handling following activities:

- Enrollment in Plan - Contribution Activities - Beneficiary Activities

- Payment Activities - Payroll Activities - Investment Activities

• Basics of Quality assurance and Quality Control.
• Evaluating requirements and involved as a representative of test team in walkthrough of
requirements for a project.

o running jobs in mainframes and PCS (another IBM tool)

requirements and their mapping, coverage to test sets, defects tracking etc..
